What these terms cover

These terms apply to the kaplu.app website: the pages describing the app, the journal, and the launch notification form. They do not cover the Kaplu app itself, which will have its own terms when it is released.

The app is not released

Kaplu is in development. The screens shown on this site are previews of work in progress, and features may be added, changed or removed before launch. Nothing on this site is a promise that a particular feature will exist, or that the app will be released on a particular date or platform.

The launch list

By leaving your email address you ask us to tell you when Kaplu is ready. Please use an address that belongs to you.

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email we send. How the address is stored is described in the Privacy Policy.

Journal content

You decide what suits your family. If something in an article does not fit your baby or your situation, leave it.

Brand and content

The Kaplu name, the turtle characters, the illustrations, the app screens and the text on this site belong to us. You may link to the site and quote short passages with a credit. Please do not reuse the characters or the artwork, or present the material as your own.

Availability

We keep the site running as well as we can, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Pages may change without notice.

Liability
